Ah Spring...this year more than most, Spring is a huge welcome for many. The chill in the air is starting to fade, the days are getting longer. The daffodils are starting to bloom and the circle of life is in full swing.

As spring is associated with new life and rebirth, we think these stones are perfect for use in your craft, whatever that may be.

Green Aventurine

Green aventurine connects to Persephone, the Greek Goddess of Spring.

This stone carries a strong connection to the earth. It promotes healing of the body and is said to increase wealth and prosperity. It is said to protect against electromagnetic and environmental pollution. Green aventurine, amongst its wonderful properties, is also said to stimulate will power and confidence - so might just help kick start you into that spring feeling.

Moss Agate

It brings prosperity, growth, and abundance of all kinds. It is thought to speed up recovery from illness, be anti-inflammatory, cleanse the circulatory system and boost the immune system! What a wonderful stone! Some articles claim that midwives have used the stones to lessen pain and ensure a good delivery for expectant mothers. The perfect spring stone.
